Our Men's Circle is a place where men can become brothers. A brother is someone who can call you fourth, hold you accountable, celebrate you, and pick you up when you fall.

The Circle is capable of making this happen. We do this by building trust, creating a safe container, and ensuring that what is said in the Circle, never leaves the Circle. 

The Circle is a place of respect, a place to seek counsel, a place to explore and tap into your unlocked potential, a place to confront your fears, a place to find deeper purpose, a place to start living in better alignment with your values. 

The importance of having a brotherhood in your corner, is so that you can drink the medicine of 'relatability’ and begin to realize you are NOT alone in your struggles as a man in the 21st century.

These new circles are beginning January 2025.

  • There is a reason why 8 men commit suicide in Canada every day.

    There is a reason why men dominate the statistics for incarceration, violence, drug addictions, mental health, disease, and homelessness.

    One of the theories is that we don’t ask for help and we don’t talk.

    The Circle is a safe place where men can be heard, seen, understood, and express how they truly feel.

    It is a place where you can have some of the most authentic conversations you’ve ever had.

  • Circles run in seasons.

    Season #1: January - March

    Season #2: May - July

    Season #3: September - November

    Circles don’t run during April, August, and December.

    Each circle is a committed 60 minute session once per week for the entire season (12 weeks).

  • Men come to the Circle for different reasons, but ultimately just show up as you are and you will level up.

    You will become more confident.

    You will become a higher evolved version of yourself.

    You will become a more conscious human.

    You will become a brother.

  • Sliding scale:

    • Supported - $150+HST (discounted, partially funded by another)

    • Sustained - $250+HST (full cost, providing for yourself)

    • Supporter - $350+HST (providing scholarship, to help fund others)
