If you've answered yes to any of the above then this is the program for you. Learn how to structure your classes in a way that leaves a lasting impact on your students and keeps them coming back for more. Discover new ways to move your body, inspiring confidence and curiosity to bring into your class planning. Learn how to effectively speak about themes and use them to support the asana sequences you create. Refresh your yoga vocabulary and learn the importance of proper cueing and how to use language to elevate your teaching. A fun and explorative 25hr Yoga Alliance Accredited Teacher Training to spice up your classes and have you excited to create! You do not have to be 200hr Certified to take this training.

Format: This 25 hour training will give you the tools you need to lead to sequence a powerful class.
If you are a yoga teacher already this training can be used towards completing your Everlove 300 HR. certification.

Investment: $675 + HST
Payment plans available. Deposit of $400 needed to reserve spot. This program is non-refundable.

  • Effective structuring of 60-90min Vinyasa Classes

  • How people learn and retain new motor skills

  • New transitions and postures

  • Peak pose sequencing

  • Asana sequencing for myofasical lines

  • Refresh vocabulary and cues for different asana

  • How to incorporate themes into your classes on a physical and energetic level

  • Long-form creative vinyasa practices inspired by myofasical lines

  • Lecture and group discussions around teaching methodology and sequence building

  • Group movement activities exploring ideas discussed

  • Practice teaching and creating sequences and receiving feedback
